Complaints procedure

We aim to give a top-quality service every visit. When something's wrong, we want to know so we can fix it — fast and fairly. Three steps, clear timings.

Tell us, in writing

Email info@omnishine.co.uk within 72 hours of the visit. Include a brief description, the date of the clean, and photos if you have them.

We acknowledge and respond

We acknowledge within two working hours during opening times (Mon–Fri 5pm–9pm, Sat–Sun 8am–9pm). We propose a remedy within three working days. Most complaints are resolved with a free 72-hour re-clean — we'd always rather put it right than argue.

Escalate, if you need to

If we can't agree a resolution after 28 days, you are free to seek independent advice from Citizens Advice. Data-specific complaints (how we handled your personal data) can be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office.

We take every complaint seriously and review them to improve our service. Your feedback helps future clients.
