How much does end-of-tenancy cleaning cost in Oldham?
End-of-tenancy cleans start from £180 for a one-bedroom flat and scale with property size. We provide a fixed quote after a short postcode + bedroom-count form — no surprises, and we offer a free 72-hour re-clean if anything is missed.
How much does regular domestic cleaning cost per hour?
Domestic cleaning is £18 per hour with a two-hour minimum. We bring all eco-friendly products and equipment, and there are no weekend surcharges.
What areas around Oldham do you cover?
We cover Oldham, Shaw, Royton, Chadderton, Failsworth, Lees, Uppermill, Saddleworth, Springhead, Greenfield, Grotton, Moorside, Rochdale and Delph. If you are just outside, ask — we often still cover it at no travel charge.
Are you insured?
Omni Shine is a newly founded business (2026). We will confirm our current insurance position with you in writing before any booking is confirmed. We do not publish unverified insurance claims on this site.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes. Eco-friendly, plant-based products and all equipment are included in the price. Fragrance-free alternatives are available on request for allergy-sensitive households.
Do you clean on weekends?
Yes — Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 9pm, at standard weekday rates. Weekday slots run 5pm–9pm.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the short quote form with your postcode, service type and a brief message. During our opening hours we reply within two working hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cash, card, and Stripe links. Invoices are issued for commercial work and due within seven days.
Will the same cleaner come each visit?
Yes, wherever possible. Continuity matters for trust and so that we learn your preferences and routines.
Do I need to be at home for a clean?
No. Most clients give us a key or a key-safe code. We store keys securely, with no address or name attached, and return them on request within seven days.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean the area free of charge. Our full complaints procedure is on the Complaints page.
